Joyya's manufacturing operations are based in India, and we have finished goods warehouses in 3 countries. If you are ordering a custom (Made to Order) product or your order is backordered and being made in India, it will ship from our factory in Kolkata, West Bengal.
However, if you are ordering from inventory, your product will usually be shipped from the closest warehouse. That would be from 1 of the 3 cities listed below:

- Kolkata, West Bengal, India
- Christchurch, New Zealand
