If a product is temporarily out of stock, a back order can be placed by clicking on the Back Order link on the product page. This will connect you to the Made To Order version of the product where you can make your selections and place your purchase order, whether it is blank or printed.
If the product is out of stock in your region, and there is sufficient stock available to fulfull your order from our India warehouse, Joyya will drop ship the items from the India warehouse directly to you. The typical delivery time from our India warehouse is about 10 business days.
If the India warehouse is also out of stock, Joyya will need to produce the products. Items will be delivered as soon as possible after they are produced, typically within 4-6 weeks.
Once your purchase order has been placed, our customer care team will be able to provide a dispatch and delivery date. No invoice will be issued and no payment will be required prior to your order being confirmed with you by our customer care team.
