If items are in stock and require no further decoration, your order will be shipped out in most cases within 1 business day. Large orders of in-stock items may require additional time to pack and we will contact you to let you know when your products will ship. For items shipped from the US or NZ warehouse for delivery in the same region, you will be able to select your shipping speed during the checkout process.

If more expedited service is required from India, please let the customer care team know at the time of order. If your items are being shipped from the India warehouse, they will typically be delivered:


  • To the US in 7-10 business days.

  • To NZ / AUS in 10-20 business days.


For Made to Order custom products that require full manufacturing of the item, 4-8 weeks is typical, including delivery time. 


If print or embroidery is being added locally to an in-stock blank product, we can typically ship in 7-10 days.  We work with local decorators to fulfill these types of orders and are subject to their lead times and capacity.
